Heath Mahl, a cherished member of the Attica, Ohio community, passed away tragically on December 8, 2023, at the age of 41. He was a devoted husband to Angela and a loving father to their four children: Caleb, Brooklynn, Quintin, and Sloane.
Heath was the adored son of Gerald and Donna Mahl and a supportive brother to Chad (Melissa) Mahl and Tonya Nosiri (Nnawuihe). Besides them, other family members, in-laws, and nine nieces and nephews are also saddened by his loss.
How Did Heath Mahl Die?
Heath Mahl, 41, died in a car crash on December 8, 2023, in Seneca County. The accident happened on County Road 35 in Venice Township. Heath was driving north, went off the road, hit a fence, and then went over an embankment, hitting trees. Alcohol played a role in the crash. He was wearing a seatbelt.

Heath Mahl Memorial and Condolences
To remember Heath, a gathering took place on Monday, December 18, 2023, from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Hanneman Funeral Home in Attica, Ohio. A funeral service also happened on the same day.
The community was welcome to join, share memories, and offer condolences, all to celebrate the life of Heath, a man who meant a lot to many.

Due to the sad event, a GoFundMe page is now helping Heath’s family, especially his four children. People in the community are giving generously to show their love and respect for Heath and his family during this difficult time.
Heath Mahl Legacy and Tribute
Heath Mahl’s passing has made a big space in the hearts of the people who knew him. We remember him by telling stories and sharing memories about the good times we had together. Even though he’s gone, his spirit and the memories he made will always be alive in the hearts of his family and the Attica community.
