Who is Bahsid Mclean?
Bahsid Mclean is a resident of the Bronx who gained infamy for the murder of his own mother “Tanya Byrd” in February 2013. He then takes a selfie with her decapitated head.

For How Many Years Did Bahsid Mclean Go To Prison?
In a statement said in court, the criminal is said to have talked about the horrible details of how his mother was killed.
Bahsid said that his friend William Morris killed his mother in their Bronx apartment and then used a power saw to cut her body into several pieces. He supposedly felt obligated to cut up his mother’s body.
McLean said, “If you can kill somebody, you should be able to cut them up too.” Bahsid said, “If you can’t do that if you don’t have the stomach to cut them up, then you’re a coward.”
While he was on trial for killing his mother, Bahsid allegedly said that he had heard voices in his head since he was a child. Lynn Calvacca, Bahsid’s lawyer tried to convince the judges that Bahsid should not be found guilty because he was broken.
He is said to have spent most of his life in different mental hospitals. He wasn’t scared of going to prison because he would no longer be taking his medication and he would be able to go to another universe in his own mind.
Bahsid said in his statement, “That helps me deal. I slip away in my mind.” Bashid is facing 25 years to life in prison for allegedly murdering his mother.

Why Was Bahsid Mclean’s Wife Arrested?
It was said that Bahsid and Zarah Coombs were married and had a son together named Zamair. When Zamair was four years old, his mother was said to have killed him with a broom because he dropped an egg and couldn’t handle it.
According to police, Zarah killed her boy and then left him to die in a plastic storage bin full of water. She was arrested in January 2017 for this crime.
