Erin Isabelle Burnett is a CNN news anchor who has been in the business since she was born on July 2, 1976. She used to be a co-host of Squawk on the Street and host of Street Signs on CNBC. In addition to The Celebrity Apprentice, Burnett has made guest appearances on Meet the Press, Today, MSNBC’s Morning Joe, and NBC Nightly News.
Burnett has broadcast her show from dangerous spots like the frontiers of Mali, Afghanistan, Rwanda, the United Arab Emirates, and Israel on her show Erin Burnett OutFront. She has covered stories for the show from places like China, the Ukraine, and Pakistan.

Erin Burnett is married to Rubulotta. Rubulotta is now the Managing Director of Leveraged Credit at Citigroup. He seems to have found success in the business sector while she has remained in the media. Several credible sources agree that Rubulotta was born in 1973 in the state of Pennsylvania.
Eventually, he enrolled at Villanova University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Advertising with a Business Management major, as reported by Biographypedia and Affair Post. At Columbia University, he also earned an MBA, or master’s degree in business administration.

When did Rubulotta Get Married to Burnett?
After getting engaged in September 2011, they got married on December 21, 2012. Business Insider said that some people in Burnett’s field were not too happy about the news. “When one Wall Streeter heard the news, he asked us, “Does she look happy?” Or do I have a chance of stopping this?'”
But Burnett didn’t let any of her other suitors make her change her mind. The two of them got married and seem to be very happy to this day.

Erin Burnett Career
At the beginning of her career, Burnett was a financial analyst for Goldman Sachs’ investment banking business, where she dealt with corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Burnett was working as an analyst in the investment banking industry when he was approached by CNN about working as a writer and booker for the show Moneyline, which featured investing experts Stuart Varney, Willow Bay, and Lou Dobbs. She resigned to take up the role of vice president at CitiMedia, Citigroup’s digital media division.
Burnett interviewed U.S. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta in Afghanistan in December 2012. Burnett left Citigroup to become the Stocks Editor and anchor for Bloomberg Television. Burnett hosted Street Signs on CNBC and co-anchored Squawk on the Street with Mark Haines from 2005 to 2011.

During an interview with her host Jim Cramer on August 5, 2009, Burnett referred to Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd as a “serial killer” for his intentions to spend millions of dollars on aerial shooting to eradicate feral camels in Australia’s outback. Cramer used the word “camelcide” to describe the rumored strategy. Burnett joked that her remark was made in jest the following day on the show.
