How did Ashley Graham Lose Weight?
Since giving birth in January 2022, the model has lost weight and she attributes her achievement to her diet and workout routine.
Ashley primarily eats nutritious foods such as a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean protein and healthy fats. She frequently posts images and videos of herself working out on her Instagram account and other social media platforms.

She works out with Dawin Pena and performs strength training exercises including sledgehammer swings, planks, push-ups, barbell squats, resistance band hip thrusts and double band sumo deadlifts as well as HIIT exercises like jumping squats, lunges, burpees, ball smash, scissor legs and jackknife.
She recently completed her first 5-kilometer marathon and participates in aerial stretching sessions to maintain her flexibility. Kickboxing is her preferred exercise activity. She has greater reaction speed, burns a lot of calories and her bones and muscles are strengthened.
Ashlee Graham recently showed off her curves in her Instagram story while disclosing the exercise that contributed to her significant weight loss. In a skin-tight pink training top, smooth black leggings and gray shoes, Ashley flaunted her slender figure.
She said in the caption of her Instagram image, giving credit to her trainer “Gains with @quinnfischman.”
Ashley has just revealed details of the training regimen that has helped her lose weight so quickly. The TV celebrity gripped large exercise equipment loaded with big weights tightly. She squatted quite low in the video while holding her feet up.
