Tom Cruise, who was last seen on screen in Top Gun: Maverick, returns as IMF agent Ethan Hunt in the sixth Mission: Impossible film. The story being portrayed in the film is simply at the beginning stages; the second installment of the two-parter will arrive in UK theaters in 2019.
In the sequel to the action-packed Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning, Tom Cruise’s IMF agent Ethan Hunt and his allies will fight a variety of enemies in an effort to seize control of the unpredictable artificial intelligence weapon known as the Entity.
When, though, might moviegoers anticipate seeing the new film? Which other actors besides Cruise are confirmed to return? Warning: this article contains substantial spoilers for the first film in the Mission: Impossible series, so proceed with caution if you haven’t seen it yet.

Which Actors will be Featured in Mission: Impossible Part 2?
The majority of the original cast from Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning will be back for this sequel. The least shocking casting announcement ever is that Tom Cruise will be returning to the role of Ethan Hunt in the upcoming film, where he will almost likely attempt a variety of fantastic feats in an effort to top his already legendary motorbike cliff jump from Part 1.
Hayley Atwell returns as new IMF recruit Grace after making her franchise debut in the first film, and Ving Rhames and Simon Pegg reprise their roles as longtime comrades Luther Stickell and Benji Dunn, respectively.
However, it appears that Rebecca Ferguson, whose popular character Ilsa Faust was sadly murdered during the freshly released film, will not be returning unless there are plans for any flashback sequences.
Mission: Impossible Part 2 Expected Plot
The events of Part 1, in which Ethan and his friends get the key that would allow them to control the Entity, will be continued in this film, though no official storyline synopsis has been published as of yet. Ethan, Benji, Luther, and Grace will now have to hurry to the sunken submarine Sevastopol in order to retrieve the computer from its locked room, all the while dodging various foes, including Gabriel.
It’s not going to be an easy assignment, especially since the Entity is likely to keep wreaking havoc until they have it under control. It’s not a tough mission; it’s a mission impossible! We will update this section if new information on the plot becomes available.
