While accusing police of not properly investigating her son’s “possible homicide” and a flurry of “death threats,” Aaron Carter’s mother has shared horrifying photographs of the bathtub where the musician was discovered dead.
On Wednesday, the singer’s mother, Jane Carter, released five disturbing photos, including what seems to be faces strewn on clothing and the bathroom floor and the tub filled with green water in which the troubled singer’s body rested for hours following his death on November 5.
His mother justified the shocking action by saying she is “still trying to have a serious investigation for the death of my son.”
“I want to share these death scene photos with you all because the coroner wrote it off as an accidental drug overdose,” she wrote alongside the pics.
“They never investigated it as a possible crime scene because of his addiction past,” she claimed of the star who had long struggled with addiction and mental health issues.
“Look at the photos. They were not taken by the police. But they allowed people to go in and out,” she said of Carter’s home in Lancaster, California, where people were allowed to “tromp through.”
The mom said that “potential homicide information was there for years.”
Her assumption that her child-star son did not die of an Overdose was based on the fact that he “had a lot of death threats and many, many people who were making his life miserable,” she wrote.
Even though the maid who discovered his dead “allegedly hauled him out of the bathtub and gave him CPR!!!” she continued to wonder why the photos showed “towels nicely laid.”
They didn’t undertake a thorough inquiry, she declared. When many of Carter’s followers expressed outrage, his mother stood by her decision, saying, I had to release the horrific photos.
It’s because police don’t take us seriously, she said. She claimed in another thread that the administration “wanted it to be easy that they didn’t have the time or interest to solve” due to her son’s mental condition and prescription drug concerns.
