Where Will Terry Baucom’s Funeral Services be Held?
It is expected that The Reeves Theater, located at 129 West Main Street in Elkin, North Carolina will host funeral services on Tuesday, December 12th, at 2:00 PM. with visiting starting at noon two hours in advance.
Antioch Baptist Church, 6223 Love Mill Road, Monroe, NC, will host a graveside ceremony on Wednesday, December 13th at 1 pm. Burial will follow in the Antioch Baptist Church cemetery.

Beyond his extraordinary bluegrass abilities, Terry Baucom was a charming and humorous individual who enlivened every venue he performed on. His bluegrass career was nothing short of amazing characterized by unmatched talent and a love for the genre that captivated everyone who heard him perform.
Terry’s musical ability was more than just a skill to those who were lucky enough to hear it. Terry possessed a special talent for making everyone around him smile endlessly with his quick wit. He had a way of cheering people up and making them smile, whether he was chatting with friends after a show or telling tales backstage.
Beyond the spotlight of the stage, Terry was a loving father of three children, a brother, a dedicated son and a remarkable grandfather. His life’s pulse was his family and he treasured every second he spent with them.
Terry’s sister Lynn Little and father Lloyd Baucom both passed away before him.
He is survived by several people in addition to his wife, Cindy Baucom, mother, Wilma Hinson Baucom, stepsons, Hunter and Molly Norris, stepdaughter, Kayden Harris, sister, Trina Mitchell, brother-in-law, Heath Little, nephews, Matt Little (Amy), Clay Mitchell (Brittney), niece, Amie Thompson (Ron), and several great nieces and nephews.
