What is the Release Date of Todd Chrisley From Prison?
Julie and Todd Chrisley were released from prison earlier than expected. Todd Chrisley and his wife’s parole dates have been changed eight months after the pair started serving their individual federal jail terms. You can check out the below post which confirmed they will be released soon.

Federal prison records show that Todd, who reported to the Florida-based Federal Correctional Institution (FPI) Pensacola will be released two years before his original 12-year sentence. He will be released on January 22, 2033, not on January 22, 2035.
A year and three months ahead of her initial release date, Julie is now slated to be released from FMC Lexington in Kentucky on October 19, 2028. Jay Surgent, the pair’s attorney said:
“Without a doubt, Todd and Julie are model incarcerated individuals who received exorbitant sentences, I believe Todd is down to 10 years and Julie is now at five years.”

Why Was Julie and Todd Chrisley Arrested?
The couple, who are best known for their work on the USA Network shows were found guilty of defrauding banks of more than $30 million. They provided false financial statements that gave the impression that they were wealthier than they actually were
They were sentenced in federal court in Atlanta in November 2022. The pair were found to have used the loans to pay for pricey automobiles, lavish vacations and a lifestyle they couldn’t afford while simultaneously concealing funds from the IRS to evade paying taxes, according to the prosecution.
Chrisley’s accountant “Peter Tarantino” was sentenced to 36 months (3 years) in prison.
