Actor and singer Mitchel Tate Musso is from the United States. His three Disney Channel appearances as Oliver Oken in Hannah Montana, Jeremy Johnson in the cartoon sitcom Phineas and Ferb and King Brady on Pair of Kings on Disney XD are what made him most famous.
He served as the show’s host on the Disney Channel. He was recently detained outside the hotel and the reason behind his arrest will be revealed in this post.
Why Was Mitchel Musso Spent Night in Texas Jail?
Mitchel Musso, a former “Hannah Montana” star spent the night in a Texas jail after being detained on suspicion of public intoxication and larceny on Saturday, August 26, 2023 after taking a bag of chips.

Around 7:15 p.m., Musso, who appeared on the popular Disney Channel show more than ten years ago, allegedly entered a nearby hotel and started eating a bag of chips he had allegedly purchased without paying. Musso, “who appeared intoxicated” allegedly reacted angrily when forced to pay for the snack and walked away without doing so.
When the police arrived at the hotel, they discovered Musso outside where he was visibly drunk. He was detained and accused of stealing less than $100 and public intoxication. In a photograph (provided below), Musso was seen leaning up against a concrete wall with a white towel draped across his chest.

Officials stated:
“A routine records check also revealed Mr. Musso had several outstanding traffic warrants out of Rockwall Police Department. He was transported to the Rockwall County Detention Center where he was booked in for the charges listed above.”
He posted a $1,000.00 bond and was released late Sunday, August 27, 2023 afternoon. Police detained Musso and later learned he was wanted for a number of outstanding traffic warrants. It’s unclear how his numerous unfulfilled traffic warrants related to one another.
