There have been rumors that White House Chief of Colleagues Ron Klain has been alerting his colleagues of his impending departure since November 2022. It has been speculated that Jeff Zients, the current White House COVID-19 response coordinator, will succeed Klain. Rep. Ron Klain’s assets were worth between $1.4 and $3.5 million in 2009 but between $4.4 and $12.2 million in 2021. As general lawyer and executive vice president of Revolution LLC, a venture capital business, he made about $2 million in 2020.
This is a big increase compared to his estimated compensation of $1 million in 2009.
