Kimora became the president and creative director of the individualized shopping website JustFab in 2012. She managed the business till 2015. JustFab developed under her leadership into a significant participant in the industry of fashion subscription services.

Kimora and Tim spent $25 million on a 20,000-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion on roughly 4 acres in 2017.
The property was listed for $33.5 million a year ago before being reduced to $29.95 million. Simmons and Leissner bought it after it was pulled off the market.
Kathy Harouche, wife of fashion magnate Michel Harouche and mother of celebrity stylist Simone Harouche, sold the property. In January 2021, Tim and Kimora sold this mansion for $16 million, losing $9 million.
