Is the Young Fly Wife’s Surgery Connected to Her Deἀth?
A since-deleted social media post said that Jacky Oh was in Miami for a “mommy makeover” when she pἀssed away in Florida. Before having surgery, the former “Wild ‘N Out” girl posted a photo with well-known surgeon Dr. Zachary Okhah that has since been deleted.
But Hollywood Unlocked shared a screenshot of her post on their Instagram account. The caption read, “Getting ready for my mommy makeover with Dr. Zach!! Stay tuned to my YouTube for the full reveal!”

Jacky, whose real name is Jacklyn Smith, grinned as she stood next to the surgeon who was dressed in black scrubs while just wearing a disposable medical gown.
The Source stated in an Instagram post on Thursday, June 1, 2023 afternoon that Jacky Oh passed away “Due to complications from plastic surgery.”
