Who is Alan Rickman’s Wife?
Sources said, after 47 years of relationship, Alan revealed in 2015 that they had wed in a private ceremony in 2012. He and Rima lived in London together from 1977 until his deἀth. They had first met in 1965 when he was 19 and she was 18.
Alan stated in an interview, “We are married, just recently because nobody was there, it was wonderful.” We took a lunchtime stroll across the Brooklyn Bridge after the wedding in New York. He made light of the fact that she never wears the $200 ring he gave her.
Between 1986 and 2006, Horton served as a Labor Party councilor for Kensington and Chelsea Borough Council and taught economics at Kingston University. Alan also told HELLO! magazine:
“Every relationship ought to be able to set its own ground rules, in my opinion. She is patient. She is really understanding, amazingly patient, possibly deserving of sainthood.”
Alan was a part of various projects in New York City including the Broadway play Seminar from 2011 to 2012 and the movie CBGB which was based on the renowned East Village punk-rock club. From 1986 to 2006, Rima served as a Labour Party councilor for the Kensington and Chelsea London Borough Council. She was also an economics instructor at Kingston University.
