Pratt and Faris purchased a property in Hollywood Hills for $3.3 million in 2014. Michael Rapino, CEO of Live Nation, was the seller. They listed the house for $4.995 million in 2018.
The 4,700-square-foot residence is highlighted by a tower entry, soaring wood-beamed ceilings, and arched doors and windows.
The den is lined with rich wood paneling and features a speakeasy-style wet bar. The main suite has a spa-like bath with a steam room and unique closets. Four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms are included.
They eventually found a buyer for $4.75 million in September 2020. Chris spent $15.6 million for a 10,000-square-foot property in the Pacific Palisades region of Los Angeles in 2018.
