Tom Cruise is a multimillionaire actor and producer from the United States with a net worth of $600 million. Tom Cruise has featured in scores of huge blockbuster films over the previous three decades and is now widely regarded as one of Hollywood’s biggest stars.
Tom Cruise spent his formative years traveling around the United States, including a brief sojourn in Canada. His first acting experience occurred in high school, when, after being forced to withdraw from the wrestling team due to a knee injury, Cruise joined the drama club and soon earned the main part in the group’s production of Guys and Dolls.
After graduating from high school, Cruise relocated to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career. He quickly landed a handful of lesser and supporting parts.
Cruise made his film debut in 1983 with Risky Business. The film established Cruise as a rising celebrity, earning him his first Golden Globe nomination.
His subsequent box office smashes including 1986’s Top Gun, which grossed $356 million globally, and 1989’s Rain Man, which won four Academy Awards.
Cruise received his first Academy Award nomination for Born on the Fourth of July a year later, followed by a Golden Globe nomination for A Few Good Men.

Settlement of Katie Holmes’ Divorce
From 2006 through 2012, Tom and Katie were married. Their union resulted in the birth of a daughter, Suri. Tom entered the marriage with a net worth of $250 million, while Katie came into the marriage with less than $10 million.
Tom insisted on a strong prenuptial agreement with so much more to safeguard. Tom is required by the rules of their divorce to pay Katie $400,000 a year in child support for 12 years (until 2024).
That’s $33,000 every month, or $4.8 million in total. Additionally, Tom is responsible for Suri’s medical costs, schooling, insurance, and any extracurricular activities. Katie is the sole custodian of Suri and has opted not to raise her in Scientology.
Katie was not paid spousal support or a lump sum cash payment. Katie reportedly chose not to seek spousal support to retain complete custody and control over Suri’s upbringing.
