Star Trek: Picard Season 2 Release Date
Star Trek: Picard Season 2 is just around the horizon, with the debut episode scheduled for Thursday, March 3rd, 2022, on Paramount+.

The season will consist of ten episodes, which will be released weekly, so make your plans accordingly. Unless you have an entry-to-time trip, you may ignore this section entirely.
Star Trek: Picard Season 2 Trailer
“Welcome to the path less traveled,” an ever-dramatic Q warns Picard in the most recent season teaser. Yes, this means we’re traveling back in time to Los Angeles, Earth, in the year 2024, with Picard and the cast of the La Sirena. (Will you keep us informed about your progress?)

The first Season 2 teaser trailer has a considerably more optimistic tone while also hinting at the comeback of the Borg Queen (performed here by the fabulous Annie Wersching). Take a look.
Star Trek: Picard Season 2 Story
The second season of Star Trek: Picard will consist of ten episodes and feature the La Sirena crew going back in time to correct what Q has purposefully messed up.
As shown in the Star Trek Day teaser, Q has traveled back in time to transform the Earth into “a totalitarian nightmare,” as Picard puts it. Q is a classic.

We’re especially interested in seeing how this time travel narrative unfolds since Terry Matalas, creator of the outstanding Syfy time travel series 12 Monkeys, has joined Akiva Goldsman as showrunner for Season 2.
Star Trek: Picard Season 2 Cast
Star Trek: Picard Season 2 has a large cast featuring some recognized names. Of course, Patrick Stewart will reprise his role as Jean-Luc Picard.
Alison Pill as Agnes, Isa Briones as Soji, Harry Treadaway as Narek, Michelle Hurd as Raffi, Santiago Cabrera as Rios, Evan Evagora as Elnor, and Jerrold Ryan as Seven of Nine are all returning to hang out aboard the La Sirena.

Orla Brady will reprise her role as Picard’s chateau-based confidante Laris, while Brent Spiner has been hired as Altan Inigo Soong.
As previously stated, John de Lancie will reprise his role as Q, Whoopi Goldberg will reprise her role as Guinan from Star Trek: The Next Generation and Annie Wersching will play the Borg Queen.
