Unveiling Kenneth Grizzell’s Lifelong Dedication to Faith
Raised in Winchester, Tennessee, Kenneth attended Franklin County High School (class of 81) and David Lipscomb College (class of 84). Dr. Marlin Connelly, a bible professor, introduced him to his future wife when he was there. In the last eight years, Kenneth has served as the lead minister of the Greenwood Park Church of Christ in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Over the previous forty years, he has preached to churches in six states: Ohio, California, Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. He has dedicated his life to fostering unity within the body of Christ and inspiring others to live closely with the Lord and rely on his incredible grace.
His goal was to help individuals grow in their connection with the Lord, so he created the Project 51 reading schedule. This plan has encouraged many people to spend time in the Bible every day and listen for God’s voice. He called the Kingdom to pray for the persecuted church through WePray40, fostering unity within the body of Christ.
Through his attempts at racial reconciliation, he hoped to bring God’s people together by tearing down the strongholds and barriers that had divided them over generations. He was a member of numerous ministry teams, advisory committees and boards. He and his spouse knelt in prayer for others throughout the majority of his ministry tenure.
