Stephanie is the wife of Mike Macdonald. Mike and Stephanie met in 2015 when they both worked for the Baltimore Ravens. She helped Macdonald throughout his coaching career and even relocated to Michigan in 2021 when he accepted the position of defensive coordinator with the Michigan Wolverines.

Stephanie Macdonald is the former cheerleader for the Baltimore Ravens. At five years old, she started cheerleading because her mother wanted her to get better at spelling. She cheered for the Tennessee Titans for two years prior to joining the Ravens.
In 2013, Stephanie joined the Ravens cheer squad, one year prior to Mike taking over as head coach. She has also been an NFL cheerleader for the Washington Commanders.
