Whether Rice was involved in the car accident at all is unknown. Nonetheless, according to a news report, law enforcement officers are still looking for the Chiefs wide receiver. It states that Rice’s name was missing from the Dallas County jail logs as of early Sunday. Rice’s weekend visit to North Richland Hills, Texas, may assist in explaining why he was born and reared there.
Rice had an amazing junior season with 72 receptions for 1,386 yards and 19 touchdowns. He was chosen to the district’s first team for such numbers. He was a three-star prospect when he committed to play collegiate football at SMU.
