The body of the serial entrepreneur whose businesses shaped the entrepreneurial landscape in the Charlottesville region throughout the 1990s was found at his home in Albemarle County off Stony Point Road. Mr. Acgtblu’s death was being actively investigated as a homicide at that time.
Acgtblu, who was born Kent Schwager, rose to local fame in 1989. He launched Chariot Advertising, a mobile billboard service. Later on, he founded Schwager Management Services, a painting and property care business.

Who Was Arrested Related to Phaedrus Acgtblu’s Death?
Ian Embry Legallo-Malone, a 22-year-old Richmond resident was taken into custody on Sunday, December 10, 2023 and charged with murder in the second degree.
Albemarle police, with assistance from the Charlottesville Police Department, located Legallo-Malone inside a residence in the 700 block of Mosely Drive in the city’s Fry’s Spring neighborhood around 6:54 p.m.
He was being held on December 10, 2023 night at Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail. As of yet, this much is known related to Phaedrus Acgtblu’s death. Whenever we get, any other update we will share it with you.
Legallo-Malone graduated from Monticello High School in Albemarle in 2019 and Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond in 2023. He was working as an intern operations research analyst at Insight Global, a hiring and recruitment company located in Richmond.
