The world of TikTok is no stranger to quirky trends and challenges. From dance crazes to food hacks, the platform constantly churns out viral sensations. One such recent phenomenon is the Slushies TikTok Trend, leaving viewers both bewildered and entertained. You can find all the trend-related information in this post.
What is the Slushies Trend on TikTok?
Even though the slushie craze has been popular on TikTok for most of 2024, many people are still completely unaware of what the latest trend is.
The TikTok slushy trend shows individuals getting out of their automobiles, mostly trucks while listening to Jay Lewis and Da Real Gee Money’s song “Bag Season.”
After that, the camera follows them as they go to the slush machine, fill a cup and then leave with their concoction. The individual who was carrying the slushy then threw it at their vehicle, got inside and drove off. Have a look at the video related to the Slushies trend provided below:

How Did Slushies Trend Start on TikTok?
According to TikTok user @hunterboolay, he started the trend with a video he uploaded on January 18 that has had 14.6 million views as of February. In this video, you can see him getting out of his vehicle as many Zyn cans fall out. Next, he enters a petrol station, grabs a slushy and hurls it at his vehicle.
In an explanation video, he says that he saw Michaels’ video and said, “I thought to myself what does that have to do with trucks? They’re just buying a slushy.”
So, he copied the original video; however, he launched his drink onto his windshield afterward. With his video, Boolay, who has a substantial following on the site, inspired many other truck drivers to do the same. He said in his explanation video:
“I had no idea this was going to turn into a huge trend. It really just took off. It really just brought the truck community closer,” Boolay added. “At the end of the day, I’m just waiting for someone to toss a truck at a slushy.”
