Common is reportedly dating Jennifer Hudson. The couple confirmed their relationship in a preview of Monday’s January 22, 2024, episode of Hudson’s hit Fox talk show, “The Jennifer Hudson Show”.
In the video, 42-year-old Hudson rapped to introduce 51-year-old Common before he appeared on the show and gave her a huge arrangement of flowers. Hudson asked him early in their interview:
“Now, we gotta get down to business, Mr. Common. I’m a host and so I have to ask you this question ’cause everybody always wanna know this — are you dating anyone?”

When Was Common and Jennifer Hudson’s Dating News Spread?
When the Chicago natives were sighted together in their hometown of Chicago in 2022, dating speculations about Common and Hudson were initially raised. Hudson, however, declined to address the rumors in a September 2022. She told the outlet at the time:
