What is Meghan Raveis’ Cause of Death?
Meghan Raveis served as an example of unwavering loyalty to her friends, family and passions, uniting communities and standing up for those in need. Meghan Raveis passed away on June 23rd, 2023, when she was fatally struck by a vehicle.
Just before 3 p.m., 45-year-old Raveis was crossing Redding Road in the southbound travel lane when a southbound car entered the northbound lane, hit a mailbox and then struck her.
Raveis was taken to the hospital by emergency medical professionals, where she was subsequently declared deceased. She was 45 years old at the time of her death.

Born and reared in Springfield, Massachusetts, Meghan grew up with a varied skill set and a strong character that would serve her well in her future endeavors.
Her unwavering commitment to her goals led her to be inducted into the National Honor Society, play on the Cathedral High School soccer team that won the Massachusetts State Soccer Championship and be selected for the Massachusetts state all-star squad.
Meghan was a standout student-athlete in college, helping her soccer team reach the NCAA Final Four and earning an NCAA all-tournament laurel in her final year to cap off her sporting career. She led teams for State Street Research, Columbia Management and Legg Mason while working in the financial services sector after earning her psychology degree from Williams in 2000.
Afterward, she gave her whole attention to her family. Meghan started using her special abilities and character attributes again to support nonprofit organizations and people in need. Meghan was best known for her role as Managing Director of the William Raveis Charitable Fund which she led to encompassing 40 regional events across New England and Florida.
In addition to all of this, she introduced the largest and most successful event in the company’s history—the Raveis Ride+Walk. Meghan was nominated to the Damon Runyon Board of Directors in 2015 and honored as the William Raveis Entrepreneur of the Year in appreciation of her inspirational and unselfish efforts.

Meghan Raveis left many relations alone including her husband, kids, parents and more. Meghan and her husband Ryan got married in 2005. With the birth of their daughter Eleanor in 2007, Meghan was fortunate to become a mother, a position that she cherished and enthusiastically embraced.
She constantly gave more than was required of her since she was a selfless, kind person. In this way, she brought up three lovely kids and devoted many hours to loving, guiding, empowering, providing for and modeling for them what it meant to be a kind and powerful person.

Meghan was blessed with a lovely and full life, one in which her family and friends filled her heart and she modestly touched the lives of numerous others without seeking recognition or attention. Although her absence will be immense, her legacy and presence will go on indefinitely.
