A Look at the Life of Bill Gaither
On May 3, 1969, Robert and the late Patricia (Lyons) Gaither welcomed him into the world in Alton. Bill completed his high school education at Alton before beginning a lengthy career with Allied Waste.
His favorite activities included watching his boys race, watching his grandchildren play sports, listening to his niece sing, spending time with his little princess (Caylee) while enjoying the scent of freshly cut grass and enjoying a pleasant day at the golf course with his father and sons. He managed to find time for these activities even during his most difficult struggles.
