Foster and John Walter Morrison both of Winston-Salem are accused of breaking into the business for 53 seconds and taking five cases of beer apiece, which they planned to sell. Warrants claim that beer valued at about eighty-three dollars was taken.

Nix apparently stood up and went up to the driver’s side door of the suspect car after the suspects had left the store. Nix took two blows to the side and back.

Blackwell is said to have discussed removing evidence such as the gun and the suspect car’s license plate. Later thereafter, the suspects were apprehended in Winston-Salem.
