Is Jordan Segundo Leaving Good Day Sacramento?

Despite facing challenges, Segundo seems open to embracing a new chapter in his career this year. On his social media, Jordan Segundo shared that he’s saying goodbye to Good Day Sacramento. He’s excited to start a new role as a news anchor/reporter at WSVN Channel 7 in Miami, Florida.

Segundo told everyone that he’ll be leaving Good Day Sacramento on Sunday, January 7, 2024. He said,

“The memories I’ve made working on Good Day/CBS13 will always be in my heart. There are so many great moments I will cherish, including my very first time seeing snow in person, hanging out with baby lion cubs, going “all out” for Halloween, the crazy games on the weekends, and getting the opportunity to go back home to cover the deadly fires on Maui; one of the most difficult stories I’ve had to report on.

He continued,

Most of all, I will truly miss our loyal viewers of Good Day. Thank you for allowing me into your homes each and every morning, and for allowing me to share my passions and the Spirit of Aloha with all of you. It breaks my heart to leave, but as we say in Hawaii…it is never goodbye, but rather “A Hui Hou”…Until we meet again:)”
