Before Gaston married Kathrin, he was married to Helga Glock in 1962. Helga sued Gaston after their 2011 breakup, claiming she was entitled to a portion of his weapons company.
Helga further said in the lawsuit that her children had been demoted from their individual roles inside the business. Helga was awarded alimony, but her claim to her portion of the business was unsuccessful. On accusations of ad_ltery, she launched a second lawsuit in 2014; nevertheless, the case was rejected twice, in 2017 and 2018.
