Noah Grape Legaspi, a 17-year-old from Edison, New Jersey, tragically passed away on August 17, 2023. He was born on December 21, 2005, and lived in Avenel, Woodbridge Township, all his life. Noah was about to start his last year of high school at Colonia High School and had a job at Colonia Country Club.

How Did Noah Legaspi Die?
In a heartbreaking turn of events, Noah Legaspi died after jumping off the roof of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Columbus Circle, New York City. This incident occurred on August 17, 2023, and has since been a subject of profound sorrow and shock among those who knew him.
The news has left his friends and family deeply saddened and shocked. It seems Noah was going through a tough time after a breakup, and it really took a toll on his emotions, according to his brother, Luis Legaspi.
EJ Legaspi said in a Facebook post,
“We love you Noah. Forever and always. Elias Elias Judith Luis we will remember you always and know that you are with us.”

Luis Legaspi shared that Noah had been grappling with mental health challenges, including insecurities and inner demons. Despite these struggles, Noah was known for his ability to bring joy and smiles to others.

A visitation for Noah Legaspi was held at Saint Andrew’s Catholic Church in Avenel on August 31, 2023, followed by a Mass of Resurrection. To honor Noah’s memory, donations were suggested to be made to Saint Andrew’s Catholic Church in Avenel.
His untimely passing has left a deep impact on his community, prompting discussions around mental health and the importance of support for young individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.
