When did Mgk and Megan Fox Meet?
While shooting Midnight in the Switchgrass in early 2020, Fox and Baker supposedly get to know one another. By day two of filming, Fox recalls in their first joint interview, she sensed a strong connection between them. In the podcast Give Them Lala, hosted by Lala Kent and Randall Emmett, she states:
“I knew right away that he was what I call a twin flame, Instead of a soul mate, a twin flame is actually where a soul has ascended into a high enough level that it can be split into two different bodies at the same time. So we’re actually two halves of the same soul, I think. And I said that to him almost immediately, because I felt it right away.”
The couple made their relationship official on Instagram on July 28. Colson posted a mirror selfie with Fox on Instagram along with the caption, “waited for eternity to find you again.”
Baker marks the one-year anniversary with Fox saying, “she said ‘i love you’ one year ago today” on Twitter on May 26, 2021.

In late May 2021, Machine Gun Kelly performed at an Indy 500 party and Megan Fox made a guest appearance. People were yelling “Megan” during his performance of “I Think I’m Okay,” until she joined him on stage as shown in the video provided below.
On January 22, 2022, MGK and Megan Fox are officially engaged. On January 11, the rapper made a proposal and Fox announced the happy news the following day with her usual dramatic flair. Fox wrote in the proposal video’s caption (now deleted):
“As in every lifetime before this one and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes, And then we drank each other’s blood.”
In an interview with James Corden on The Late Late Show, MGK talks about his difficulties in finding a location that can create the gothic “Red River” he had imagined for his wedding. He added, “The location is hard, trying to find a spot that’s matching my artistic [vision].”
