What’s New Happened On Disney’s 100th Anniversary?
To celebrate, their 100th anniversary the company has teamed up with TikTok to provide a ton of entertaining content and user-engaged activities.

As part of this partnership, the massive entertainment conglomerate unveiled the “Disney100 hub” a special area within the platform for creating content that is solely controlled by the business.
Fans can now make videos with music and effects from the entertainment industry as of October 16, 2023. In addition, they get access to video clips, quiz games and digital character cards that they may exchange and collect.
A series of distinctive digital cards called “The 100 Years cards” showcases well-known figures from all of the company’s properties. A special profile frame will be awarded to the player who has gathered every card.

If someone receives a repetition of a certain character on TikTok, they can share it with their friends as long as they follow them there.
Characters from every property held by the firm are featured on the special cards including Iron Man, Darth Vader, Mickey Mouse and Elsa. The user will receive a special character-themed profile frame if they manage to gather every character for the week.
In order to improve their chances of gathering every character, users can also take part in a variety of Daily Challenges. The challenges include engagement-based tasks like submitting a video, downloading the Disney+ app, following a Disney page and more in addition to a quiz. What Did the Chief Brand Officer of Walt Disney Say About Collaboration?
The Walt Disney Company’s Chief Brand Officer, Asad Ayaz referred to the partnership with TikTok as a “first-of-its-kind experience”. He went on to say that TikTok has developed into a “go-to destination” for brand enthusiasts.
These fans frequently create, interact with and connect with their favorite movies, TV series, characters and stories using the site. In honor of the cherished company’s 100th anniversary, he continued saying that the business was “thrilled to partner” with the short-video sharing app.
Nicole Iacopetti, Global Head of Content at TikTok, also mentioned the company’s “incredible legacy” of well-known movies, TV shows, merchandise, theme parks and characters. Nicole went on to say that the world community has been delighted and excited by all of these.
She added that TikTok was excited about future partnerships with the business. She expressed her excitement about collaborating with the company to commemorate its “undeniable impact” on entertainment and families worldwide.
She clarified that the campaign began by providing exclusive access to content and experiences that “TikTok’s passionate community” of the entertainment company’s followers couldn’t get anywhere else.
The 100-year event will only be accessible to TikTok members who are at least eighteen years old in 24 locations worldwide. Additionally, it is a temporary event that begins on October 16 and last for four weeks.
