Karen K. Grames is the first wife of Richard Rawlings. They got married in 1993 but they divorced the following year. In 1999, he married his second wife, Suzanne Marie Mergele in Las Vegas, Nevada. But they split up in 2009.
After divorcing in 2009, the pair remarried in 2015. Rawlings announced his separation from Suzanne and filing for divorce on March 11, 2019, via his Twitter account.

After his divorce from Suzanne, Richard Rawlings engaged with Katerina Rawlings. In a bed of sand and rose petals at the Be Tulum resort in Quintana Roo, Mexico, the Fast & Loud actor proposed to Katerina and she said YES!
Rawlings declared it was love at first sight when he revealed the engagement on social media:

The couple got married on June 28, 2020. They did not share any social media post, but on the occasion of their first wedding anniversary, Katerina shared a post with the caption, “I am so grateful for your love and the happiness you brought into my life.
