Kelly’s stunning figure was a hot topic earlier in the weekend. Fans of Kelly Clarkson were astounded by her amazing physique as she performed on September 22, 2023, at Today’s Citi Concert Series and September 23, 2023 at the iHeartRadio Music Festival.

The former American Idol wore all-black outfits that emphasized her trim waist for both performances and her recent Instagram post surprised her fans, in this post you will read about her stunning looks.

Prior to her concert at the Prudential Centre in New Jersey, the 41-year-old Since U Been Gone singer shared a photo on Instagram. In the photo, she was noticeably slimmer. Clarkson captioned the post, “Last night’s look at the @audacy @WeCanSurvive”.

The mother of two proudly displayed the attire she chose for the annual We Can Survive concert, which is put on by the media business Audacy to raise money and awareness for mental health. Fans praised her looks and said Clarkson to reveal the secret of her makeover in the comments section of her post and on social media.

One user wrote, “She looks really good! Just like her days in American Idol.”

What did Kelly Say About Her Weight Loss?

Kelly hasn’t discussed her weight reduction in a while, although she has previously talked openly about her journey when she lost 40 pounds. 

She attributed her change in eating habits to the book “The Plant Paradox” by Dr. Steven R. Gundry. She added that she did it for medical reasons:

“It’s basically about how we cook our food, non-GMO, no pesticides, eating really organic, I literally read this book, and I did it for this autoimmune disease that I had, and I had a thyroid issue, and now all my levels are back up. I’m not on medicine anymore because of this book.”

Kelly claimed that exercise wasn’t part of her weight loss:

“I’m not working out! I think people think I’m working out and I’m like, ‘Don’t think I’m going to come play some sport!’ … Literally, I haven’t worked out at all!”

Kelly told host Hoda Kotb:

“It’s the same stuff you eat — I just use different ingredients. Even like fried chicken — I use cassava flour, tapioca, or almond flour, and you use non-hormone chicken, And honestly, I’m going to be real with you: It’s really expensive to do.”
