In the first episode of The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse, we meet the show’s main character, Percival, a young boy who lives on God’s Finger, a faraway flying island in the sky. Percival wants to go on a journey, but he is happy with his simple life until a mysterious knight kills his grandfather, Varghese.
Varghese tells Percival that he is one of the Four Knights of the Apocalypse, men who are said to bring about the end of the world. Even though he is shocked and confused, Percival swears to find the other three heroes and stop the end of the world.
Percival starts his trip. He meets a talking fox named Sin and a street performer named Donny along the way. Sin and Donny agree to go on the journey with Percival. The three of them then go find the other Four Knights of the Apocalypse.

The first episode of the anime Four Knights of the Apocalypse aired on TBS and its affiliate channels in Japan. This anime tells the story of Percival, Lancelot, Tristan and Gawain, the four heroes who were said to bring about the end of the world.
