Alice and Sheryl have three children together: Sonora, Calico, and Dashiell. Throughout their life, they had encountered numerous obstacles and nearly divorced in 1983 but reconciled in mid-1984.

Since March of 1976, Cooper has been married to Goddard. Goddard and Goddard first crossed paths in 1975, when Goddard portrayed Ethyl in Goddard’s production “Alice Cooper: Welcome to My Nightmare.” Since then, they have become a true showbiz power couple that can’t be separated.

Parents to three children, one of whom is now a makeup artist (Sonora Cooper), Cooper and Goddard are also believers of the Christian faith. Cooper’s dad was an evangelist and his mom was a minister.

“I grew up in the church, went as far away from it as I could — almost died — and came back to the church,” he said. The musician said that keeping the romance alive was the key to his lengthy marriage, drawing comparisons to Dolly Parton and Carl Thomas Dean and Michael Caine and Shakira Baksh.
