Disney’s first Descendants film was a smash hit when it was released in 2015. The sequel, which came out in 2017, and the third chapter, which came out in 2019, both did well after their predecessors’ success.
Descendants 4 is highly anticipated by its audience. The announcement that Disney+ would be producing Descendants 4 at the D23 Expo in September 2022 piqued their interest even further. Now, followers are waiting for word on when Descendants 4 will hit theaters. Will There Be Descendants 4?
At the D23 Disney convention in September 2022, Disney+ confirmed that a fourth Descendants film would be produced. Descendants: Rise of Red is the official name of the upcoming fourth film in the franchise. The Pocketwatch was the original title for Descendants 4.
When Is Descendants 4 Coming Out?
The release date for Descendants 4: The Rise of Red has not been set. Production on Descendants 4 has begun, as was previously announced. Disney released all three Descendants films in July and August. Production on Descendants 4 is set to begin in 2023, suggesting that a release that year is highly likely. The actual date of Descendants 4’s release, however, has not yet been determined. We will let you know as soon as we hear anything from Disney.

New characters like Red, daughter of the Queen of Hearts, and Chloe, daughter of Cinderella, join forces to use the White Rabbit’s magical pocket watch to go back in time and stop something terrible from happening in Auradon.
