Morris began her singing career in 2005. On June 14, 2005, she released “Walk On” her debut studio album. On October 22, 2007, her second album, “All That it Takes” was made available. Morris appeared as a musical guest on Saturday Night Live on December 10, 2016.
Her third album “Live Wire” was released in 2011. “Hero” her major label debut album was released in 2016. Her first single, “My Church” peaked at number five on the US Hot Country Songs list and at the top of the Country Digital Songs chart in 2016.

She will take part in Brandi Carlile’s next Girls Just Wanna Weekend music festival, which will take place in January 2019. She has been a highly successful singer despite her youth.
Who is in Maren Morris’ Family?
She developed a love of music when she was young and knew she wanted to pursue a singing career. She is Kellie Morris and Gregory Morris’s child. The name of her younger sister is Karsen Morris. Her parents were the owners of the Maren Karsen Aveda Hair Salon in Arlington, which is still in business today.
Morris worked at the salon for most of her youth. Later, she was a front desk agent and a guest coordinator there. During her early school years, she acted in theatre productions, sang in the school choir and played soccer.

During a party at her parents’ salon, Morris made the discovery that she could sing. She sang karaoke renditions of Patsy Cline and LeAnn Rimes songs at the gathering. Greg Morris began encouraging his daughter to perform frequently after becoming impressed by her innate singing talent.
One of her very first appearances was at Johnnie High’s, a Grand Ole Opry-style country music show. Her father gave her a guitar when she was 12 years old, which encouraged her to begin creating songs.
