The American television soap opera “The Bold and the Beautiful” sometimes known as B&B was developed by William J. Bell and Lee Phillip Bell for CBS. It debuted on March 23, 1987, as a sister program to “The Young and the Restless” another soap opera produced by Bell. A character named “Luna” debuted in it.

Lisa Yamada played the character of Luna. Luna is a college student studying fashion design who arrives at Forrester Creations shrouded in mystery and with a secret.
Luna, a new intern at Forrester Creations was introduced as she entered the family estate carrying a large armful of materials for RJ Forrester and Eric Forrester to use in the creation of the upcoming couture collection.
When Eric questioned Donna Logan about why she chose to select Luna over all the other applications, Donna had to acknowledge that she had never reviewed Luna’s credentials. However, after a pleasant conversation with Luna when she was helping out at the front desk, Donna made her choice.
