Shakira is the mother of two sons. The names of her sons are Milan and Sasha. Shakira and Piqué’s first child “Milan” was born on January 22, 2013. Shakira mentioned that Milan is a gifted pianist and likes to go surfing in December 2021.
The musician uploaded a clip of Milan performing on the piano and another youngster performing on the violin. She wrote, “This virtual concert is Milan’s small homage to our dear Bela, who left teaching us both parents and children the love, respect and devotion for one’s work.”

What did Shakira Say About Parenting?
Milan and Sasha are shared by the singer and her ex-partner, Gerard Piqué, who declared his retirement from the game of soccer in November 2022. According to Shakira, parenting is the most difficult thing she has ever done. She said in 2015:
“It’s one of the most difficult things I’ve done in my life, I’ve been on the most challenging stages performing in front of really demanding audiences and I’ve been meeting with world leaders who sometimes make you a little bit apprehensive.”
