The film follows Kelce from his retirement thoughts through the birth of his youngest daughter to his decision to play a 12th season in the NFL and ultimately to the Super Bowl when he and the Philadelphia Eagles faced Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs. There is also some home film of Jason and his four girls, his mother Donna, and the Kelce brothers when they were young.
