Travis Rust Obituary: An Enduring Tribute to Him
Ninja Quest Fitness shared a Facebook post in which they said that Travis Rust passed away on Sunday, August 29 in a motorcycle accident that was not his fault.
Many people considered Travis to be a wise, enthusiastic and kind friend and instructor. He became a part of the Quest family more than 4 years ago thanks to his wonderful attributes. He was extremely passionate about whatever he did and liked people particularly the young athletes he mentored.
He sought to leave a lasting mark on everyone whose lives he touched and he far exceeded his own expectations. He undoubtedly left his stamp on the world and many people including us will mourn him dearly.
Nick Patel wrote on Facebook, “Two years ago I lost someone that words cannot express how much he meant to me! sometimes wish I could have more time with you Travis!!”
Motive School of Movement paid tribute to him by sharing a post and saying:
Remember a week and a half ago when the 6-12 year olds showed us just how fast and strong the sport of ninja is growing!? Over 200 of them showed up to compete at the nationalninjaleague Southeast Regional Championship!
“These kids are amazing Thanks to all the gyms, parents, and coaches who have dedicated so much time, patience and energy into these children. Speaking of dedicated coaches, it’s on these days, especially, that we honor and remember Travis Rust.
“We love seeing the T•Rust shirts in his honor and I know he’d have been proud of everyone’s efforts and accomplishments, whether you crushed the course or just had a good attitude after an early fail.”
