The members of Pearl Jam have sent their profound remorse and apologies to their devoted following, stressing that they would rather not have to deal with this at all. The revised concert date will be honoured by the band, as previously promised to ticket holders. In addition, ticket holders who are unable to attend the rescheduled performance will be offered a full refund.
Pearl Jam has stated that their next shows in Fort Worth and Austin, Texas will go on as planned despite this setback.
