After the release of his debut album, Big Pun found himself as content as he’d ever been. The success of his CD, however, was complicated by the fact that he had gained about 400 pounds.
After putting on weight, Big Pun made numerous attempts to lose it. In 1999, he even enrolled in a diet program at Duke University in North Carolina.
