Last weekend, the Fairfield police sent out a missing person warning for Erica Brown, who is 36 years old. She was last seen on August 20 at her home in Fairfield. Her absence was seen as suspicious by the police, and her boyfriend, Mark Randle, 45, was named as a person of interest in the case.
Thursday, Fairfield police said that they thought Brown was dead based on information they had received. Police said in a statement:
“Although we hoped to safely return Ms. Brown to those who care for her, we felt from the outset that her disappearance was suspicious in nature and have treated it as such.”
Who is Going to be Taken into Custody for the Erica Brown’s Case?
Mark Randle, Erica’s ex-partner who shared a residence with her at the time of her disappearance has a warrant out for his arrest.
To solve this case, detectives and officers have been putting a lot of effort behind the scenes. In addition to going by “Tweezy,” “Tweez,” and Mark Twain, Randle, 45, has a long history in Fairfield and Vallejo.
No other details about Brown have been made public including how she passed away and the source of the detectives’ knowledge of her demise.
In this trying time, we offer our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Erica, and we’re dedicated to holding Mark Randle accountable.
