On two separate occasions, in January and May of 2022, Guthrie tested positive for the virus. She broke her self-imposed isolation by calling into the Today show. That’s fantastic. Honestly, I plan on coming back the following day. During her second time on air, she commented, “I just had a little cold, so I was really lucky with it.” “Can you believe I get five days to myself? To paraphrase, “I’ve really gotten to know myself,” she proclaimed. She said, “I’ve discovered not just Wordle, but also Quordle,” which is “four Wordles at once.”
Are Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie Replaced?
Savannah remained absent on August 28th, a Monday. Hoda Kotb, her friend and co-host, was also absent this time. Fans began noticing Hoda’s absence on Friday, and she still hasn’t returned to the show as of Monday. On Friday, Savannah and Hoda were replaced by Craig Melvin and Sheinelle Jones.

Savannah and Hoda, I hope you’re doing fine. Any unexpected departure causes concern among Today’s viewers. There must be nothing really wrong, otherwise, the viewers would have heard by now that the ladies were leaving the show for good. Savannah might still be away at the moment.
