After debuting on Rainbow Six Siege’s test servers earlier this month, Y8S3: Operation Heavy Mettle’s full release is now only a few days away. There will be a lot of tweaks to the game’s existing operators, gadgets, weapons, and more in the upcoming season of Rainbow Six Siege. The current season’s most notable addition, though, is Ram, an operator armed with a deployable BU-GI Auto Breacher, a miniature tank capable of wreaking havoc on the battlefield.
If you can’t wait for the upcoming season of Rainbow Six Siege and the introduction of Ram as an operator, you’ll want to know when the new season will be available and when the servers will be down for maintenance. The exact time that Rainbow Six Siege Y8S3 will be available to download is listed below.
Release Date And Time Announced For Rainbow Six Siege Y8S3
On Tuesday, August 29 at 6AM PT/ 9AM ET/ 1PM UTC/ 2PM BST, the latest Rainbow Six Siege update, Y8S3: Operation Heavy Mettle, will be published. At the aforementioned time, servers will be taken offline for roughly 90 minutes as Ubisoft readies the launch of Y8S3: Operation Heavy Mettle. Information for Operators of Operation Heavy Mettle
Some operators will also receive enhancements as a result of this process. Specifically, Grim, Fuze, and Frost will have their technology upgraded.
Both sticky projectiles that adhere to the first surface they touch and bounce projectiles that can be launched once before detonating are now available for use with Grim’s Kawan Hive Launcher. This, together with the numerous improvements he received in Operation Dread Factor, makes Grim an even more attractive option for Attack.
The Fuze charges, on the other hand, got a boost. Cluster charges can now be placed on both deployable shields and Osa’s Talon-8 shields. As a result, Fuze will have more occasions to make use of his cluster charge. Deployable shields allow you to get closer to the enemy, but Osa’s Talon-8 shields are transparent, thus Fuze players need to be savvy.
At long last, a major update is coming to Frost’s Welcome Mats. The season’s end means that players are finally free to leave the Welcome Mats behind on their own. There is a catch, though. Players will be severely injured after evading the Welcome Mat. A new status effect, this one causes the player to move more slowly, make more noise, and leave a highly visible blood trail. This is a temporary ailment, but it’s still important to keep an eye out for it.
New Always-Arcade Game Setting
Weapon Roulette is the name of the new game mode coming to Rainbow Six Siege’s Permanent Arcade playlist. All participants in this mode will start the game in the same way, determined at random. After the allotted time has elapsed on the roulette clock, everyone will select a new weapon at random.
The game’s creators have described this mode as “a fun way to flex your skills across the Siege arsenal and test your aim in some surprising situations.” To know more details about other upcoming games you can join us on our Twitter account.
