Siddique was a well-known Indian actor, producer, screenwriter and director mostly known for his work in Malayalam cinema. With the Malayalam movie “Ramji Rao Speaking” in 1989, he made his directorial debut.

The Central Juma Masjid in Ernakulam will host Siddique’s funeral on August 9 at 6 o’clock. The public will have the chance to pay their condolences to the late filmmaker before the funeral.
From 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Siddique’s body would be housed in the Rajiv Gandhi indoor stadium in Kadavantra. This act enables the renowned director’s supporters, well-wishers and admirers to assemble and pay their last respects to him.

What is Siddique’s Cause of Death?
He passed away around 9.10 p.m., at the Amrita hospital, where he had been receiving treatment for liver-related conditions for the previous month.
He died from a heart attack that he had experienced the day before, on August 6. You can see the tweet provided below which confirms the reason for his death.

On Monday, August 7, 2023 his condition had gotten worse. He was given ECMO (Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation) support by doctors but they were unable to save his life. Many people have expressed their sorrow and paid tribute to Siddique after his departure.

Mr. Siddique, a Kochi native, joined his friend Lal in the Malayalam film industry in 1983 as the legendary Fazil’s assistant director. A number of the biggest comedy blockbusters in Malayalam including Ramji Rao Speaking, In Harihar Nagar, Godfather and Vietnam Colony, were produced by the duo in the future.
Additionally, he has directed movies in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil. He worked with actor Vijay on the well-received Tamil flicks Friends and Kaavalan. He was excellent at conveying weighty life themes in a lighthearted manner. He was a talented screenwriter as well.
His works including Ramji Rao Speaking, In Harihar Nagar and The Godfather were well-liked by audiences of all ages. Siddique was able to make contributions to the Tamil, Telugu and Hindi film industries as well. His passing is an irreparable loss to Malayalam cinema and the populace.
