Chuck Todd Weight Loss Journey
You may have noticed Chuck Todd’s drastic weight loss and pondered why. In an interview with Runner’s World published in January 2017, the television reporter said that he made a major shift in his lifestyle that included a renewed dedication to fitness. His dedication to working out is undoubtedly responsible for his recent weight loss.
In the summer of 2013, Chuck decided to start exercising, and he ran every day for an entire week. He became accustomed to the habit and soon found himself running daily. By December of 2013 he had lost some weight and felt better on days he had gone for a run, he said.
The fact that the TV analyst has incorporated running into his rehearsals for his shows is also very thrilling. The monotony of his daily routine is starting to get to him.
Between the hours of 4:30 and 5:30 a.m., Todd hits the treadmill for his morning jog. The journalist continues his regular running schedule regardless of his location. He also discovered the difficulty of running in a strange city due to the risk of becoming disoriented.
