Disney and Pixar hope to disprove the notion that fire and water go together in real life in their animated film “Elemental” which was released on June 16. The story, which takes place in Elemental City centers on Ember Lumen (Leah Lewis) and Wade Ripple, two opposing elements who travel together.
Elemental is a computer-animated movie produced by Walt Disney Pictures and Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures in 2023. In the heartwarming movie Elemental, a fire element and a water element form an unusual bond.
One of the best Pixar films to come out in recent years, it is full of whimsical laughter and just a fun time all around.
When Will Elemental Be Available to Watch on VOD?
On May 27, 2023, Elemental made its out-of-competition debut as the closing picture at the 76th Cannes Picture Festival. On June 10, 2023, the film received its global premiere at the Tribeca Festival. On June 12, 2023, it had its Australian premiere at the Sydney Film Festival.
Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures released the movie in theaters in the US on June 16, 2023 in RealD 3D, 4DX and Dolby Cinema formats and the movie crossed $400M at the worldwide box office.

The movie has entered the Top 75 of the highest-grossing animated movies of all time.

In an effort to get families back to the movies, Disney apparently thought of extending the theatrical windows for both Elemental and Wish from Walt Disney Animation Studios. Wish actress Mamoudou Athie confirmed this on June 30, 2023, saying the movie would stay in theaters until Labor Day.
It is anticipated that Elemental will be released on DVD, VOD, 4K UHD and Blu-ray in September 2023 and will be accessible on Digital HD through Amazon Video and iTunes. Disney release the Elemental movie on October 16 at the event of its 100 years.
Disney has announced its “100 Years of Disney” event will be on October 16th.

Electronic DVD Elemental features Ember, a fierce, quick-witted and fiery young woman whose friendship with a fun, sentimental, go-with-the-flow guy named Wade questions her beliefs about the world they live in. Elemental is set in Element City, where citizens of Fire, Water, Earth and Air coexist.
