The three men who died in the catastrophic crash on Beck Street a week ago were all identified as being prominent members of the Utah construction sector. Just after 11 p.m. on Saturday, July 29, 2023 the accident occurred. The Tesla carried three persons and their names are Robert Pikus, 46, Joseph Torman, 46 and Joseph Vashaw, 43.

The car started to burn after the accident. When the police came, they discovered the automobile completely engulfed in flames. Inside the car, the three bodies were discovered. Joseph Torman Obituary: Honoring the Life of a Beautiful Soul
On July 29, 2023, beloved husband, father, son, brother and friend “Joe Torman” died at the age of 46 due to a car accident. In Ogden, Utah, on January 8, 1977, Joseph Robert Torman was born to devoted parents Reed and Kathy (Osmond) Torman.
He received a Construction Management degree from Brigham Young University. On September 8, 2001, in the Bountiful Temple, he married Barbara Celeste Bell while still a student at BYU. Joe and Celeste have five lovely children and they value their family above all else.
He created family houses and was constantly building them as a way of helping those around him during his 21 years of marriage. Joe instilled in his family the values of love, joy, hard work and faith. He instilled in his kids the courage to push through challenges and to keep moving forward.
Joe presided over the Lotus Company as president. Joe was well-liked and well-known for patiently mentoring everyone he worked with among the Lotus crew. Joe was a good man who gave generously. He adored travel and animals, but his greatest love was for people.
Joe appreciated the relationships he had with his friends in his neighborhood, in his locality and at his job which involved associations all over the world. Joe is survived by his wife Celeste, his five children, his parents Reed and Kathy Torman, his siblings Josh (Megan) Torman and Kami (Tracy) Nielsen, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
