Recently Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kroy Biermann have withdrawn their divorce petitions.

It was only a few days later that the dismissal was made public after it was learned that they had attended a church service together. Kim’s petition was dismissed without prejudice which means she is free to alter her mind at a later time.
Kim Zolciak sued to annul her divorce from Kroy Biermann. At noon on Friday, June 7, 2023 the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star filed the plea, requesting that it be rejected without prejudice. Although Biermann hasn’t yet filed for his own firing, he plans to do so very soon.
The on-again couple made the choice to get back together after being seen taking their four biological children to church. Despite the ugly route their divorce took the two were determined to prioritize their children.
The former “Don’t Be Tardy” stars are parents to twins Kaia and Kane, KJ, Kash and Kash. Additionally, Brielle and Ariana Zolciak’s older kids from a previous relationship were adopted by Biermann.

When did Kim and Kroy Filed For Divorce?
Kim filed for divorce from her husband on May 2023. She requested a divorce, stating that she and her husband’s union was “irretrievably broken.” She later asked Kroy to take a drμg test after discovering that he was smoking marijμana inside the residence.
Kroy claimed that Kim was dependent on playing online casino games. He said that she needed a mental evaluation and that her severe gambling addiction was certainly a significant factor in their current financial problems.
The former Atlanta Falcons player said Zolciak’s gambling issue left him “financially devastated” and requested full custody of his children.
He further stated that Zolciak’s aIIeged “abμsive behavior” required his children to be shielded from her. When asked about his aIIegations, Zolciak’s attorney responded:
“It’s really sad the way Kroy is causing our divorce to play out in the media like this because it could have a profound effect on our children in the long run.”
Zolciak also refuted his claims. Biermann tried to paint Kim as an unfit mother to their children for his own gain. The athlete was asked to undergo a drug test by the former Bravolebrity, who claimed the athlete had a problem with substance addiction. The athlete fiercely denied this.
